Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Silk and Saffron, we take pride in offering premium quality stitched clothing designed with precision and care. To ensure a smooth shopping experience for all our valued customers, we have established the following policy for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds.

✅ Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in the case of size mismatch based on our official size chart, which is clearly displayed on each product page.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • If the received product's measurements deviate from the size chart by 1 inch or more, we will offer a one-time exchange.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Non-Eligible Cases (No exchange will be entertained for):

  • Change of mind, dislike of design or color.
  • Incorrect size ordered (as per the size chart).
  • Slight color variation due to screen resolution or lighting effects.
  • Custom size or altered orders.
📌 Note: All sizes are clearly mentioned. Customers are requested to check the size chart thoroughly before placing an order.

❌ Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds except in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product (wrong design or color).
  • You received a damaged or defective item.

In these cases:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos as proof.
  • Upon verification, we will offer either an exchange.

🚚 Process for Requesting an Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos and a description of the issue.
  3. Once approved, you will be guided on how to ship the product back.
  4. The customer will bear the return shipping cost, and an additional delivery charge of Rs. 200 will apply when the new parcel is sent.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • One-time exchange only per order.
  • No exchange or refund on Sale or Discounted items.
  • Abuse of this policy or suspicious exchange behavior may lead to order rejection or customer blacklisting.
  • Silk and Saffron reserves the right to refuse any request that violates our policy.
